This role is ideal for male candidates with strong communication skills in English and Kannada, a customer-centric attitude, and the ability to travel locally.The position involves collecting dues, following up with customers, and ensuring timely loan recovery while maintaining professional conduct.Key Responsibilities
    • Collect loan repayments from customers within the assigned territory
    • Follow up with customers regarding overdue payments
    • Maintain accurate records of collections and payment details
    • Coordinate with the internal team to resolve payment-related issues
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and professional conduct during field visits
    Eligibility Criteria
    • Gender: Male candidates only
    • Education: SSLC / PU / Any Graduate
    • Experience: Freshers to 2 years in collections or field operations
    • Languages: English Kannada (verbal communication)
    • Must have a two-wheeler (bike) and valid driving license (DL)
    • Comfortable with field travel within Bangalore
    • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
