Job Description

    Job Title: Market ManagerJob Summary:We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Market Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing sales operations, visiting existing retail stores, and taking orders through the Udaan application. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the market, and the ability to build relationships with retailers.Key Responsibilities:- Visit existing retail stores to take orders through the Udaan application- Manage sales operations in the assigned market- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets- Build and maintain relationships with retailers and distributors- Conduct market research and competitor analysis- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base- Ensure timely delivery of products and resolve any logistical issues- Monitor sales performance and provide insights to improve sales- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets- Provide market feedback to the product team to improve product offeringsRequirements:- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field- 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field- Proven track record of achieving sales targets- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills- Strong understanding of the market and industry trends- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances- Proficiency in using technology, including smartphones and sales software- Ability to travel extensively within the assigned marketPreferred Qualifications:- MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree- Experience in FMCG, retail, or e-commerce industries- Knowledge of Udaan application or similar sales softwareWhat We Offer:- Competitive salary and benefits package- Opportunity to work with a fast-growing company- Professional growth and development opportunities- Collaborative and dynamic work environment
