Job Description

    Job title: Field Sales Engineer.
    • Salary: 3 to 5 Lacs PA, (The salary varies depending on location, level of
    • experience, and company)

    • Schedule: Monday to Saturday (9.30AM to 6PM)

    Field Sales Engineer duties and responsibilities:Field Sales Engineer need to be knowledgeable about our products and create a rapportwith customers quickly to build lasting relationships. A Field Sales Engineer duties andresponsibilities include:
    • Selling and promoting products to both existing and potential customers.
    • Establishing and maintaining positive business relationships with customers.
    • To get the purchase order from the customers.
    • Monitoring competitors sales activities.
    • Assisting with corporate marketing strategies and expanding the company to new
    • markets.
    • CRM Updating.
    • Cold calling and handling the leads.
    • Payment follow-ups
    • Coordinating sales efforts with other departments.
    • Supplying the management team with reports on customer needs or interests,
    • potential new products, or services, and competitive activities
    • Other duties include collecting orders, ensuring products are available, and ordering
    • more stock while adhering to the company budget guidelines.
    Work experience: 1 to 10 years.
    • Time management and organizational skills.
    • Ability to Speak, read, write and understand English proficiently.
    • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
    • A valid drivers license
    • Ability to overcome objections from potential clients
    • Experience with commissioned sales, field sales, or related fields
    • Self-motivated energy
    • Ability to solve problems and to deal with a variety of variables
