Job Description

    1. To coordinate with respective Regional Head-S&D & BM and identify the Gap areas where there is zero or low presence of our Milk & Milk products.
    2. To survey such markets, understand potentiality of areas and get competitors details & market share and strategies adopted by them periodically.
    3. Conducting distribution network Expansion activity
    4. A) To appointing agents/ distributors along with all documentation in such Gap areas.
    5. B) Add retailers under such agents and make availability of our Milk and Milk products through assigned PSMs in the existing areas/ Markets.
    6. Should train the PSMs/ SRs and give the product knowledge and Monitor the PSMs/ SRs activities on daily basis.
    7. Ensuring that the coverage of outlets per day and proceeding outlets with defined volumes.
    8. Market development activities should be carried out with PSMs/SRs like placing of POPs, D2D activity, Kisok activity & increase coverage by adding new retailers (under DNE activity).
    9. You are responsible for making launch plan in new market & gap areas of existing markets & successfully launch Heritage Milk and Milk Products in such assigned areas.
    10. Keep track on competitor activities and update periodically.
    11. After developing the area / New agent, hand over the same to concern Sales office / Branch Manager and move to the new gap area.
