Job Description

    Job Description & Overview:As the Field Sales Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of field sales representatives to drive credit card sales in your designated region. Your primary focus will be on achieving sales targets, developing team performance, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will leverage your experience in credit card sales to mentor and guide your team, ensuring best practices are followed to meet business objectives.Key Responsibilities:Team Leadership & Management: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of field sales representatives. Set individual and team goals aligned with company targets.Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and execute sales plans for credit card acquisition, ensuring the team achieves or exceeds targets in assigned territories.Credit Card Sales Expertise: Use your deep knowledge of credit card products, features, and benefits to train, mentor, and guide your team on product offerings and sales techniques.Field Support: Accompany team members on field visits, providing hands-on support and coaching to enhance their sales skills and improve performance.Performance Monitoring: Track, monitor, and analyze team performance through KPIs and sales metrics. Provide regular feedback to team members, implement improvement plans when necessary.Customer Relationship Management: Ensure that the team maintains excellent customer service, addressing client concerns promptly and professionally to build strong customer relationships.Reporting: Provide timely and accurate reports on sales activities, team performance, market trends, and challenges to senior management.Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure that all team members adhere to legal and regulatory guidelines related to credit card sales, including documentation, customer privacy, and financial disclosures.Qualifications:Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in credit card sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership or team lead position.
