This leadership position is responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and risk management. The Finance Head will act as a strategic partner to the COO/CEO, collaborating closely with the senior leadership team to drive data-driven decisions and align the companys financial goals with its growth objectives in the service and training industries.Key Responsibilities:
    • Develop and execute financial strategies that support the companies service offerings and training programs.
    • Collaborate with the executive team to set long-term financial goals and align financial resources with strategic business initiatives.
    • Provide strategic financial guidance on new service lines, partnerships, and training initiatives to promote business growth.
    • Oversee the preparation and presentation of accurate andtimely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
    • Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights toimprove operational efficiency, profitability, and cost management.
    • Monitor key financial metrics related to service delivery and training outcomes to ensure financial goals are met.
    • Lead thecompanies annual budgeting process, ensuring alignment with business priorities in service delivery and training operations.
    • Develop and manage long-term financial forecasts, adjusting for market changes, client demands, and operational needs to maintain financial stability.
    • Identifycost-saving opportunities within service offerings and training operations,recommending process improvements to optimize resource allocation and enhance profitability.
    • Evaluate and develop competitive pricing strategies for service contracts and training programs, ensuring profitability and alignment with market trends.
    • Risk Management & Compliance:
    • Ensure financial compliance with industry-specific regulations, including those relevant to service and training sectors.
    • Identify and mitigate financial risks to ensure the companies stability and long-term growth.
    • Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial data.
    • Manage relationships with investors, lenders, and financial institutions to secure necessary funding for company expansion and new initiatives.
    • Develop financial strategies that support the growth of the companies service and training offerings, and explore new financing opportunities when required.
    • Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering professional development, ensuringhigh performance, and aligning departmental goals with the companies objectives.
    • Build a strong, cohesive finance team with a focus on collaboration and delivering results.
    • Oversee the implementation and optimization of financial software and systems that support efficient financial operations, including client billing and training program management.
    • Ensure that financial systems are scalable to accommodate future growth in service offerings and training programs.
    Required Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; an MBA, MCom, or CA is highly preferred.12 yearsof experience in financial management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (Finance Head/Manager or equivalent), ideally in service or training industries.Full-time position
    • Strong understanding of the financial dynamics within service-based businesses, including contract management, labor costs, and client billing.
    • Proven experience managing financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance in the service or training sectors.
    • Proficiency in financial software & experience with platforms that support service and training businesses is a plus.
    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial data in a clear, understandable manner to non-financial stakeholders.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop finance professionals.
    • A strategic thinker who can align financial decisions with long-term business objectives in the service and training sectors.
