What Youll DoResponsibilities include:
• Analyze and report accurate bookings which impacts the revenue. Determine the quality of bookings numbers in the system and have it processed accurately.
• Report business metrics by Tracking the sales data as requested by the business to support the overall World wide Sales bookings data
• Support Quarter end reporting s and publish timely reports helping Quarterly Booking Reports.
• Handle Audits and takes accountability of ongoing reports providing insights on specific changes required in the system for accurate bookings to show up.
• Perform scenario analysis & planning to be used for decision making and approvals.
• Identifies opportunities for operational enhancement to BEF Collaboration India
• Helping in providing valuable management decision support, driving key business goals, identify major trends and corresponding business issues.
• Support and/or participate in RPA initiatives undertaken by the internal teams.
• Coordinate and rectify bookings numbers with the help of IT for all system related disputes.
Who Youll Work WithThe Cisco BEF Collaboration India team has an exciting opportunity for Finance Analyst to support Ciscos BEF Collaboration India at Bangalore.In this role, the analyst would work as part of finance team supporting Analytical decisions, providing Business perceptions, Coordinate with SIOS teams and other Internal Business Entities.As a business partner, you would be coordinating with Operations, CS group, WW BU Finance and different Sales groups from WW Sales.Who You AreMinimum Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in finance / MBA with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Analytical ability: Research, process and analyze data from a variety of information available.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Database management programs. Business Objects, Essbase, etc.
• Prior experience in multi-national company would be a good to have trait.
• Effective communication and partnering skills at all levels of the Company and across multiple functional organizations.
• Personal integrity; result oriented; forward thinker; proactive and cross functional problem solver
• You bring skills that include being result oriented, organized, Accountable, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines. You are upbeat, flexible, highly motivated, and can hold business needs and subjects.
