Job Description

    Job DescriptionOperation Analyst_ Finance:Position Overview:The candidate will be an individual contributor who will work closely with leadership team/client to develop and publish reports providing insight to key deliverables in the business. Candidates must possess a strong analytical ability, sense of urgency with an ability to work in a team environment, maintaining excellent organizational, communication and well versed with technology.Essential Job Functions:
    • Problem Solving and Analysis:
    o Pulling out data using SQL and solving complex problems using Advanced Excel.o Preparing and analysis the various reports. Analysis the upcoming queries ready with an resolution.Analysis of financial data (budgets/Plans, income statement) and updating of presentations/charts, handling and managing the escalations.
    • Collaboration and Ownership:
    o Work collaboratively with diverse teams to develop and implement solutions that best serve client needs.o Lead initiatives to drive business growth and achieve organizational objectives.Collaborating with management and other stakeholders to understand and address financial needs and issues
    • Communication:
    o Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including senior leaders, in a structured manner.o Present proposals, reports, and insights clearly and persuasively to drive action.Requirements:
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in Finance Background
    • Proficient in Google sheets, SQL and Advanced MS Excel
    • Strong analytical, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to work in a flexible and production oriented 24*7 work environment
    • Must be able to work in a challenging environment with a focus on a high-level of customer service
    • Knowledge of MS Access and Power BI will be a plus
    • Exposure to the finance industry will be a plus
