We embrace the power of change to create value and shared success for our clients, people, shareholders, partners and communities.Visit us at www.accenture.com What would you do The Corporate Functions Finance Senior Manager will provide action-oriented analytics, insight and business advisory support as well as serve as the coordination point person for the Corporate Function supported.The CFF Senior Manager will have three major objectives:1) Drive the financial outcomes of the corporate function strategy supported2) Drive the quarter financial Forecast and close outcomes 3) Execute key financial priorities in the organization e.g. payroll growth, costs, profit optimizationSupport will focus on non-contract cost trends, chargeability, and financial management as well as a focus on other non-contract cost management. Other responsibilities include sponsorship of standardized reporting, analytics, tools and processes for payroll and non-contract cost management and financial support for offering development and target pricing/costing as appropriate. What are we looking for Demonstrated business/financial acumen and understanding of Accenture s economic and operating model and key financial leversStrong executive presence and leadership skills with history of working directly with and developing relationships with senior Accenture LeadershipNeed strong analytic and communication skills (written and oral)Global team leading, supervision, and delegation experienceProven ability to work independently and as a team memberAbility to work creatively and analytically to solve problemsDemonstrated leadership in professional settingDemonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting Roles and Responsibilities I Establish a trusted advisor relationship with key stakeholdersAdvocate, champion, message, storytelling Manage costs; including operational management of non-contract costs, Market Development and Deployed Business Development costs, payroll targets and affordabilityManage recruiting, staffing, people engagement, pyramid, mix, utilization, cost-to-serve and capacity of service delivery staff to optimize balance between cost and delivery targetsPrepare materials in support of monthly state of the business reviews, quarterly business reviews, and other leadership meetings with Accenture LeadershipLiaise with other Corporate Finance shared teams in support of areas of responsibilityFosters a collaborative environment across finance and other functions Support Senior Leadership with ad-hoc analysis as required, and in preparation of investment business cases, supporting offering development and target pricing/costing as appropriateLeads and develops a higher performing team of finance professionals in Corporate function,
