Job Description

    Location: BangalorePosition Overview:We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Executive with 1-3 years of experience to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will support accounting functions, assist in month-end closing activities, and ensure accurate financial records. This role is a great opportunity to work in a collaborative environment with exposure to various financial operations.Key Responsibilities:
    • Bank Entries & Data Management: Accurately input data and perform bank entries in our accounting system, ensuring data integrity.
    • Bank Reconciliation: Prepare Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) to ensure accurate matching of bank balances.
    • Data & Accounts Reconciliation: Conduct regular reconciliation of financial data and accounts to maintain consistency in records.
    • Month-End Closing: Support month-end closing activities to complete books and generate financial reports.
    • Project Assistance: Assist in various finance-related projects and tasks as assigned by the finance manager.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelors degree in Commerce or Management (B.Com, BBA, BBM).
    • 1-3 years of experience in a finance or accounting role.
    Skills:
    • Proficiency in Accounting ERP tools, MS Excel, and MS Word.
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numbers accurately.
    • Good communication skills for coordinating with other departments.
