Position- Executive - Finance Salary: Based on experience and industry norms Number of positions: 1 Location: Bengaluru Responsibilities - This position will be a part of the Business Finance team. Key responsibilities include Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), MIS and Financial reporting, Revenue and expense forecasting, Operational & Financial metrics analysis and reporting. Responsible for timely and accurate development of monthly forecast and MIS to Senior Management. Work with business teams to put together revenue and cost forecasts and analyse variances. Assist with ad-hoc analysis on various projects for FP&A. Recognise and reconcile various aspects of revenue for all the projects. Developing deep understanding of the entire business function of the organization to drive efficiency and process improvement. Problem-solving skills and analysis, especially for troubleshooting systematic problems and addressing challenges Must Have skills Qualification CA or CWA 0-3 years of relevant experience with focus on financial reporting in IT industry Advanced Knowledge of financial tool, MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPointHighly motivated and self-directed Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively with peers to create a results driven, team oriented environment.
