The ideal candidate will bring financial expertise, data-driven decision-making, and a strategic mindset to support business growth and sustainability.Key Responsibilities:
    • Develop and manage financial strategies, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to ensure financial health and compliance.
    • Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing actionable insights to leadership.
    • Oversee financial operations, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and financial reporting.
    • Ensure compliance with tax regulations, audits, and financial policies.
    • Implement and improve financial controls, processes, and risk management strategies.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize revenue streams and cost efficiencies.
    • Manage relationships with external stakeholders such as investors, auditors, and regulatory bodies.
    • Support financial modeling, scenario analysis, and investment decision-making.
    • Stay updated with industry trends, financial regulations, and best practices.
    Qualifications & Skills:
    • Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Masters/MBA preferred).
    • Professional certification (CA, CPA, CFA, or equivalent) is a plus.
    • 5 years of experience in finance, preferably in the EdTech, SaaS, or technology-driven industries.
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities.
    • Proficiency in financial software, ERP systems, and Excel.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
