an ideal candidate should have passed Bachelor of commerce / Master of commerce and chartered accountant intermediate is preferred.the job function is1. an ideal candidate should maintain day to day accounts and finance functions of the organization like monitoring purchase and sales activities, weekly doing bank reconciliation statement, and also take care of necessary accounts entry in tally enterprise resource planning software.2. an ideal candidate should be able to file company income tax returns and Tax deducted at source filing to concerned government authorities in stipulated time.3. filing of Goods and service tax returns every 20th of each month is compulsory and should be able to file the concerned government authorities.4. he should be able to handle the accounts and finance process related to e commerce business of the company like taking care of the payments that has come from e commerce channel of sales and do the necessary filing accordingly.6. he should be able to do the budgeting, Managing information systems and reporting to the management about the cash flows, fund flow, financial data analysis and internal controls of the organization and advise the management from time to time .7. he should be able to manage the working capital of the organization and if necessary raise the working capital from the financial institutions and banks and see the smooth functioning of the accounts and finance department.8. he should be able to do the finalization of accounts like preparation of profit and loss account, schedules to the balance sheet and interact with the internal and statutory auditors in filing of necessary financial statements to the concerned government authorities every financial year.9. he should be a team leader and a proactive member of the organization.
