Job Summary:
We are looking for a Sr. Manager, GTM (Go to Market) based out of Bangalore. The following will be broad job responsibilities of the person.
The person would be responsible to manage different GBS GTM/ Sales Ops teams which provide support to Go To Market organization. The support would be to teams across the world depending on particular function. The person would be responsible for teams which includes: Customer Service teams (contracts management, back office administration etc), Point of Sales, Product Master, Channel Support Customer Lifecycle Management The person would have to ensure that all teams provide adequate service delivery as per SLAs and ensure that all deliverables are met The person should drive process improvements across all teams not limited to process standardization, automation etc. The person should have a background of working in an ERP environment The person would need to ensure that the team remains up to date with business knowledge
Candidate Requirements:
The person should be a Chartered Accountant or MBA from a reputed Institute with at least 12-15 years of experience post qualification. This person should have at least 5 years experience in Sales Operations at a MNC The person should have 5-7 years of managerial experience The person should have experience supporting GTM/ Sales Operations The person should have managed teams of reasonable sizes The person should be flexible to manage a diverse team which supports diverse functions globally The person should have good communication skill; be highly energetic; should be able to drive projects; be a team player Strong oral and written communication skills are essential. Ability to work effectively across time zones/ geographies and with key global stakeholders. Experience of working in matrix organizations would be an advantage Ability to work along with other team members in a coordinated manner.
