HiFirewall Engineer Team LeaderProfession:Senior Security / Firewall EngineerPurposeThe Firewall Engineer (FRE)Team Lead will lead a team of Firewall Engineers to deliver a program across a globally distributed estate of firewalls. This position is based offshoreand will not be expected to travel.The FRE will report remotely to the Program ManagerKEY RESPONSIBILITIESDuring Program Pilot (1 month):o FRE Team Lead will be expected to carry out the tasks of the Firewall Engineer during the pilot phase to understand the activities and deliverables expected of the FRE team members during the programo FRE Team Lead will participate in reviewing the success of the pilot and provide feedback and process improvements to the programo FRE Team Lead will participate in interviewing and selection of qualified FRE team membersDuring Program (5 - 6 months):o Each firewall will be updated through data analysis and creation of a configuration script (following provided template) by a FRE through a short sprint (approximately 6 days)o FRE Team Lead will allocate workload (including data to be analysed)to the FRE team members per sprint based on project plan provided by Program Managero FRE Team Leadwill lead kick-off call with FRE team member and stakeholders at the beginning of each sprinto FRE Team Lead will carry out Quality Assurance review with FRE team memberof the completed firewall configuration script prior to release at the end of each sprinto FRE Team Lead will provide oversight and guidance for FRE team members during programo FRE Team Lead will be the point of contact and escalation for the FRE team with other program stakeholders including providing regular reporting to Program Managero FRE Team Lead will provide ongoing assessment of FRE team members and ensure they follow policies and standards: Where applicable, FRE Team Lead will propose improvement actions where work of individual team members falls below expected qualityQualificationsEXPERIENCE10+ years of experience in configuration and administration of firewallsSpecific recent experience with Cisco Adaptative Security (ASA) firewalls (chassis & IOS)Proven track record of leading security engineering teamsProven track record in successfully delivering projectsEDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS- Degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or Computer Technologies- Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)- Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) Security including the Cisco Adaptive Security Appliance (ASA) module- Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE) SecurityInterested peoples please send your updated resume and below details to this mail ID:meenakshi@nusecond.comName:E Mail ID:Contact num:T Exp:R Exp:NP:C ctc:E ctc:Payroll Company:
