Job Description

Hiring for a leading IT Product Company in Bangalore/Bengaluru!!If you are our Firmware Developer in India, you will need to contribute hands-on towards:

  • Technical internal/external leadership in architecture, design, coding & quality in solving problems and delivering products
  • C, C++, Embedded Firmware, Linux internals, electro/mechanical FW, Hardware-firmware interfaces, cross compilation and target/host debugging
  • Knowledge of FW reliability, performance and efficiency
  • Problems/projects where analysis of situations or data requires evaluation of multiple factors
  • Work products demonstrate technical competency and creativity
  • Strategic thinking and ability connect the dots to the big picture
  • Lead / Provide expertise to functional project teams and a chance to participate in cross-functional initiatives
Basic Qualification:
  • Candidate should be B.Tech/B.E in relevant field from recognized colleges.
  • 8 - 10 years of work experience
Mandatory Skills:
  • Hands on experience in C++ , Linux and embedded firmware development
  • Extensive knowledge of Embedded software, Linux internals, Hardware-firmware interfaces, cross compilation and target/host debugging, knowledge of required industry standards
  • Understanding high level customer needs and converting them into actionable artefacts
  • Capable of independent judgement within broadly defined policies and practices to determine best method for accomplishing work and achieving objectives
  • Good reasoning and logic skills; ability to correlate the business impact of technical contributions
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to collaborate across geographies and time zones
  • Ability to think outside the box
  • Demonstrate accountability, teamwork, quality and hands-on contribution on a day-to-day basis
