Position: Business Development Managers _ US Location: Bangalore India Years Of Experience 1 to 4 years Shift 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM Business Development Manager Position Overview: This position requires you to exercise due diligence in Simplilearns new business hunting activities internationally. You will need to understand positioning of our cutting-edge e-learning solution, to determine the target companies in specific geographies along with their key decision makers. Make use of best in class CRM & marketing automation tool in running various prospecting campaigns, to schedule a Demo of our solution. Desired Candidate: An ideal candidate should have worked in a similar Business Development/Inside Sales role in Software product / services company. They should be aware of the best Prospecting practices in US Geography , with the ability to confidently make cold calls to CXO level executives of enterprises. Self-driven individual who understands the importance of nurturing the prospects through regular follow ups, to set up a first level meeting with them. Should be able to work in tandem with the Sales team in a collaborative manner to achieve the common objective. Desired skills:- Need 1-4 years of experience in the following: 1. Should have experience with Lead generation and Lead qualification 2. Comfortable dialing more than 100 calls /day. 3. Should have mandatorily sold to US customers. 4. Should have preferably sold tech productsservices. 5. The maximum years of experience for the role is 6 years. Please do not consider anyone above these years of experience. 6. Previous experience with Lead generation companies / IT Inside Sales preferred 7. Should have preferably worked with CXOs, VPs in his earlier stints. 8. Experience with consultative selling/ Solution Sales Preferred Experience: 1.1-4 years of Inside Sales /Business Development experience with US market 2. Experience with e- learning, IT product & Services , LeadGen agencies 3. Sound understanding of Cold Calling techniques and concepts 4.
