Whether it leads to a full-time career, or serves to sharpen the skills necessary to take the next step, the Flip Forward Program is a valuable experience for women to continue their quest for excellence.About the role This role is envisaged to work on specific short term project assignments in theNon- Large Supply chain. Projects will focus on scaling the Reach program through kirana franchise model reliably. This is P0 initiative from flipkart and has direct impact on Cost, Speed and Ecosystem Development. Incumbent is expected to work closely with multiple stakeholders in Nor large supply chain to identify and implement changes and establish review and monitoring mechanisms to ensure sustainabilityAbout the teamIn 2018, Flipkart launched Supermart - Flipkarts online grocery store, delivers Staples, Snacks & Beverages, Packaged Food, Personal Care, Baby Care, Household items, Dairy & Eggs etc . The Grocery Supply Chain team manages Inventory and Distribution Supply Chain Network which comprises Fulfillment Centres and last mile hub to reach customers.What you ll do:

• Identify right pincodes to expand Reach program an work with each zones to ensure project moves as per plan
• Create leads who will fit the pincodes
• Lead all communication and collaboration with cross functional teams to maximize the outcome of the project
• Ensure 1500 pincodes are scale through model and manage a scale of 50k shipment daily
• Create reports and templates
• Ensure all the franchise are trained and ensure theri daily performance
• Ensure monthly payments are done
• Manage all escalations
• Build insights and ensure proactive steps are taken
• Balance the short term and long-term goals of the team while working on the project and drive right decision making and performance culture
• Adhere to Company standards and policies in addition to all regulatory requirement

What you ll need:Qualification

• Bachelor s / Master s Degree in Logistics/Supply Chain or related fields
• 2-5 years of Supervisory Experience
• Microsoft office Suite
