Job OverviewWe are looking for a self-driven and goal oriented individual, who is comfortable working individually or in a team, taking care of different ERPNext Customizations and ensuring smooth transition for current customizations with upgrades of Frappe and ERPNext.Roles and Responsibilities• Excellent communication skills• Candidate should have a good understanding of business process and strong technical skills• Should possess good organizational and time managing skills as they will be required to work on more than on project at a time• Problem-solving attitude• Primary goal will be to build effective source code and handle customizations that serves user needs • Should understand client requirements for ERPNext and suggest possible solutions• Build custom applications/solutions on Frappe framework as per project requirement• Manage updates and upgrades of the ERPNext system for existing projects• Ensure a smooth transition for current customizations with upgrades of ERPNext• Familiarity with event driven programming in Python• Understanding of front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript and jQuery• Experience with Scrum/Agile methodologies• Should be able to create database schemas that represent and support business processes
