Job Description

  1. Use effective written communication skills to attend to customer needs.
  2. Locate products for customers, provides information on the products, walk them through the ordering process or place orders via chat.
  3. Researches and investigates, where necessary, to gather information to respond to customer questions related to sales or post order inquiries.
  4. Cross sells and up-sells items whenever needed
  5. Addresses customer inquiries and questions over the chat in a professional manner.
  6. Escalates/transfers customer chats to other departments according to the need.
  7. Ensure that customers are left with a positive experience throughout the course of interaction
