Job description:1. Visitors & Call management.2. Travel and accommodation arrangement flight ticket booking, cab booking, hotel reservation, co-ordination for visa processing etc.3. Upkeep of office administrative facilities and ensure availability of daily miscellaneous requirements to provide harmonious work culture to employees.10. Purchase materials by obtaining requirements; negotiating price, quality, and delivery.11. Office assets management - Coordinate for completing preventive maintenance of office assets, calling for repairs.12. Responsible for managing the Annual Contract Maintenance (AMC) for general office management, equipments & systems.13. Day to day Housekeeping management.14. Controlling admin expenses without compromising services.15. Sourcing new vendors based on the requirements to improve service level.16. Validation of vendor invoices validation.17. Arrangement for employee Birthday celebration.,
