Frontend Developer (SDE3) About Akrivia We are a funded pre-launch marketing automation startup with huge ambitions and the know- how to achieve them. We are creating a powerful visual programming language designed for marketers to easily and quickly create powerful marketing campaigns, driven by ML and data science. No programming experience is required by the marketer if they can use Excel, they can use Akrivia to build amazing campaigns in minutes. We are still in stealth mode no website or public presence at this time. To achieve our vision, we need to build an immensely scalable multi-tenanted SaaS solution that will support a global customer base. We need a head of engineering that can create this for us. Akrivias product development team is based in Bangalore, India and its corporate sales & marketing team will be based in USA, once the product launches. Akrivia is privately financed and being incubated within the offices of our first customer Indias largest gaming company whose incredible growth has been largely due to their ability to conceive and implement highly effective marketing campaigns. Role Description This role will be responsible for the client side development of Akrivia. Responsibilities will include translation of the UI/UX design wireframes to actual code that will produce visual elements of the application, with a focus on performance.The role will work in a team with the back-end developers, and communicate with the API using standard methods. What you will be doing Create Single page high responsive B2B web-app using a wide range of open-source frontend technology. Responsible for the full lifecycle of a project including development, unit testing system testing and change management. Research technical issues and provides recommendations to enhance JavaScript products. Work independently and with the team. What we are looking for Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent preferably from IIT, NIT & other premier institutes. 7-10 years of software development on advanced JavaScript stack (jQuery, Asynchronous Request Handling, AJAX, HTML5, CSS3, etc) In-depth knowledge in Angular Proficiency in any other modern web frameworks will be a plus. A solid knowledge of advanced data structures & algorithms. Proficient in Computer Science fundamentals & object-oriented design. Solid understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to tackle those. Must possess a track record of building Single Page responsive UI. Knowledge of NodeJS, Android and iOS will be a plus. Nice to have Skills: Linux server administration & maintenance, deployment techniques and automation. Version control systems, SVN or Git in particular. Experience with any NoSQL database. Experience using and creating RESTful APIs. Location: Bangalore ,
