Job Description

Position Summary1. Develop server or web programs that are linked to or seen on browser or devices.2. Control data exchange between user and back-end server.Role and ResponsibilitiesWe are looking for a Front-End Web Developer with 8 years of experience who is motivated to combine the art of design with the art of programming. Responsibilities will include translation of the UI/UX design wireframes to actual code that will produce visual elements of the application. You will work to bridge the gap between graphical design and technical implementation, taking an active role on both sides and defining how the application looks as well as how it works (including back-end powering front-end).1. [Front-end web application analysis] Write software requirement and development plan.2. [Front-end web application designing] Create or assess architecture that meet software requirement.3. [Front-end web application implementation] Define the flow and protocol standard between web browser(client) and server, conduct review on implemented contents(code) and manage the current progress and issues based on the plan.4. [Front-end web application maintenance and repair] Develop plan on software maintenance activities software release.Skills and QualificationsResponsibilities

• Design and develop desktop as well as mobile based features
• Use a variety of programming languages in order to create user-friendly web pages and develop new user-facing features
• Build high quality mock-ups and design different prototypes
• Build reusable code and libraries for future use
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
• Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability
• Assure that all user input is validated before submitting to back-end
• Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders
• Work in multidisciplinary team and contribute in development from web design to back end.

Skills and Qualifications

• Knowledge of different MVC architectures
• Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5, CSS3
• Proficient understanding of database concepts, MySQL, DynamoDB
• Good hands on in Java, Spring, Vertx.
• Very good understanding of server-side CSS pre-processing platforms
• Proficient understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks, including jQuery
• Good understanding of advanced JavaScript libraries and frameworks, such as AngularJS, ReactJS, etc.
• Good understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates
• Excellent knowledge of browser troubleshooting and debugging practices and techniques
• Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git/Github
• Good understanding of SEO principles and ensuring that application will adhere to them.
• Basic knowledge of image authoring tools, to be able to crop, resize, or perform small adjustments on an image. Familiarity with tools such as as Gimp or Photoshop is a plus.

• Works on complex issues where analyzing situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variables. Exercises judgement in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria to obtain results. Determines methods and procedures on new assignments and coordinates others tasks
