Vmoksha is also building competencies in the emerging technologies like Augmented Reality, Big Data, and Machine Learning.Position Summary Full Stack Architect will support with architecture definition, design, and development of highly scalable web applications application with contemporary technologies developed on a scalable cloud computing platform. You will develop application software, middleware, database design, web services, cloud services, and integration, user interfaces for desktops/ mobile clients. You will work in a team and develop prototype software to demonstrate the use cases and applications of critical technologies as identified. You will collaborate across various software teams in architecture definition and code re-use. You will use lean product development and agile development methodologies.What we are looking forExpertise in Architecture, Design, Project / Program Management in building small to large scale (enterprise) applications in Java & Open Source tools, technologies & frameworks. Working with individual product development teams and providing guidance on the Architecture / Design activities Preparing Requirements, Design Analysis with Development, Monitoring every phase of development & updating the deliverable etc. Preparing necessary Test deliverable, Test Estimation and Status Reporting with offshore team management & Client Management. Responsible for design and development of builds, scripts, and systems including source code control. Displays technical leadership and oversight of implementation and deployment planning, system integration, ongoing data validation processes, quality assurance, delivery, operations, and sustainability of technical solutions To communicate effectively on technical planning and operations to the senior management in order to ensure that there are time critical resolutions and action. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, decision-making and presentation skills with the ability to co-ordinate activities in a fast-paced team environment. Strong team player and contribute towards the team goals. Ability to work productively and effectively in a team as well as individually. Mentoring team members on design and technology skills. Evaluating new tools & technologies, delivering Proof-of-Concepts and defining best practices. Project estimation and drafting proposal document for new projects. Performance tuning and optimization. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and under pressure. Lead large and small project teams, committed to deliveries. Architecture Designing and developing high performance, scalable, cloud native, web applications using Java and open sources understands the core aspects of each layer of platforms (UI, middleware, database, infra, integration, etc) Experience in Microservices and REST API design and implementation UI technology experience including things such as Angular.js and React.Js Understands architectures/ factors/ impacts of having a hybrid environment some apps in Cloud and some on-premise Experience with source code control systems such as Git and related practices Familiarity with Agile methods and Continuous Integration including but not limited to Program and Release Backlog Management (Jira), Defect Tracking (Jira), Test Automation (JUnit, NUnit, TestNG), Continuous Integration/ Deployment (Jenkins, Hudson) Experience in cloud computing and cloud hosted applications such as Amazon AWS, EC2, and S3Self-motivated, innovative, willing to pursue new technical areas and capable of working independently. B1 Ready candidates preferable Flexible for domestic & international travel with short notice Hands on expertise in programming, software estimations, technical presentations to CTO/ CEO/ IT Directors level of customers Experience and Qualifications At least 12 years of work experience, with at least 4+ years as an Architect At least 2 years experience managing projects using Agile Methodologies Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, or related field,
