Full Stack Architect Sitecore (Developer) Job DescriptionJob DescriptionThe Engineering & Application Team is the IT Engine that delivers compelling and robust capabilities, products, and solutions to Kimberly-Clark s business. Our goal is to deliver innovative, efficient and cost-effective solutions to meet enterprise needs and to drive business growth and profitability.The Senior Sitecore Developer is responsible for the design and development of the core Sitecore platform and the addition of new capabilities to it in partnership with different technology and business teams. This includes architecting solutions, designing interfaces, estimating work, building new modules/templates/components,maintaining existing capabilities,and creating Responsive/Adaptive web pages that can be viewed on desktop, tablet, and mobile, hosted on-premise or in the cloud.The Senior Sitecore Developer will ensure the core Sitecore platform design and technology comply with Kimberly-Clarkdevelopment and security standards, meeting the functional and non-functional requirements including re-use, performance, availability and scalability using Helix principles. The Senior Sitecore Developer will need to develop technical artifacts where required (technical specifications, architectural diagrams, database diagrams, etc).The Senior Sitecore Developer willalso guide the engineering teams on the adoption ofthecoreSitecore platform and its associated capabilities.KeyAccountabilities:

• Participate in requirements gathering to solidify requirements and determine the best technical solution to meet the business needs.
• Design, developand implement new templates, components, and responsive web pages/sites in Sitecore to support the expansion of the core Sitecore platform. Support Kimberly-Clark s development and security standards while developing.
• Work closely with the Digital Producers and/orMarketing organization on the implementation of newcapabilities including Sitecore WEM Platform,Sitecore Content Management Solution etc.
• Carry out the development of the assigned project adhering to theengineering standards/best practices, committing to the agreed timeline, and ensures quality metrics are met.
• Integrate internal and external applications using APIs

• Provideconsulting andtechnical guidance to the DigitalProduction Team including System Integrators/Service Providers ontheSitecore CMS platform.
• Prepare technical and other documents related thecore platforms as required.
• Perform technical onboarding of the new employees or Agenciesonthe core platform.
• Share new tools, technology standards, and technical learnings on Sitecore CMS platform with theengineering teams.

Skills / Experience Required

• ABachelors of Computer Science or a related field is required.
• Experience in implementing new technology /capabilities and in making architecture decisions.
• 10 years experience in the development of scalable consumer facingdigital solutions (consumer websites, web applications, mobile sites etc.)in.NET/ C#/ MVC(working with at least one framework like WCF or Web API) with a key focus on performance, security, and scalability.
• Extensive experience withWeb Services (SOAP/REST) architecture.
• Minimum 5 years of hands on experience with Sitecore CMS required. Key Sitecore and Sitecore related skillsets:

• 5 years of hands-on Sitecore solution development experience withSitecore versions 7.2 or higher required.
• Experience upgradingconsumer facing websites from Sitecore 7 to Sitecore 8 or 9.
• Experiencemigrating Sitecore from On Prem to the Cloud is a plus.
• Experience with Sitecore OnPrem is required. Experience with Cloud ecosystems including Azure, Sitecore Cloudor AWSis a plus.
• Strong experience withCoveo (On Prem, Cloud), SOLR, Lucene searches.

• Experience developing against the Helix design principles.
• Experience withxDB.
• Experience designingand optimizingrelational databasesand stored procedures for optimal performance and/or maintainability. Experience with SQL Server is a must, experience with MongoDB is a plus.
• Sitecore Professional Developer Certification is a plus.

• 5years experience with front end development using JavaScript (jQuery plus Node, Angular, or React), CSS,andHTML required.

• Experience with HTML5, Bootstrap, Foundation for mobile/responsive design.
• Experience withautomated testing and security scans.
• Experience with SEO and tagging (analytics).
• In depth experience working on an agile team adopting devOps and CI/CD.
