B.E/B.Tech/M.C.A from a reputed institution.Specifically, the role details as under:Technology strategy is critical to Varthanas growth in the Fintech world. Under this strategy, it is imperative tofacilitate automation of multiple business processes. Automation will involve design/development/delivery oftechnology solutions/platforms. As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for understanding & designof business context, web/mobile based solutions, develop UI/UX, open-source front-end & backendframeworks based business logic, flexible database solution using Agile Methodology.Many of these solutions will start from scratch, hence continuous learning and upgrade necessaryskills/knowledge is very much expected. You will be responsible of complete tech-stack/architecture, datamanagement & reporting cycles with the business teams. This may involve integrations will third-partysystems, hence vendor management will also be involved to some extent. You will be responsible for constantinteractions with functional/business heads for project collaboration and enhancements.You will have complete ownership to lead, drive, deliver & manage source code for all developed systems inVarthana. You will also be responsible for developing testing & deployment strategies.
