    Were Hiring: Full Stack Developer (PHP React) Location: Bengaluru, India Work Mode: Onsite (Work From Office) Role: Full Stack Developer (PHP React)About the RoleEastvantage is seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer (PHP & React) to develop, maintain, and enhance web applications. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of hands-on experience in PHP (Laravel/Symfony) for backend development and React.js for building dynamic, high-performing frontend applications. This role demands a strong grasp of database management, API integrations, and scalable application architecture.Key Responsibilities
    • Develop and maintain web applications using PHP (Laravel/Symfony) and React.js.
    • Build and manage RESTful APIs to enable smooth frontend-backend communication.
    • Ensure a responsive and optimized UI/UX using reusable React components.
    • Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following industry best practices.
    • Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
    • Implement security best practices for authentication, authorization, and data protection.
    • Optimize database performance and enhance scalability with efficient queries and schema design.
    • Troubleshoot, debug, and continuously improve application functionality.
    • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in PHP, React.js, and full-stack development.
    What Were Looking For
    • 5 years of experience in full-stack development with PHP (Laravel/Symfony) and React.js.
    • Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6), HTML5, CSS3, and frontend frameworks.
    • Expertise in database management (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and query optimization.
    • Hands-on experience with RESTful API development and third-party API integration.
    • Familiarity with state management libraries (Redux, Context API) for React.js applications.
    • Experience with Git version control, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment workflows.
    • Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus.
    • Understanding of performance optimization, caching strategies, and security best practices.
    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills for collaborating with global teams.
