Job Description

    We are currently seeking an experienced full stack engineer in creating user experience through development of UI framework and orchestration services within the PayPal technology organization for supporting investments related middle-office projects. The ideal candidate is an experienced technical engineer with strong knowledge of ES6, NodeJS & ReactJS, Spring Framework and strong in dynaic UI development. The candidate will work with peers in development and product management to solve complex software engineering problems and proactively propose solutions to address technical challenges and business requirements. The candidate will be expected to quickly become an effective member and come up to speed on the complexities of the PayPal environment. There is a strong expectation that the candidate will be a self-starter and drive their own education. We are a global team. This is what we value within our best engineers!Experience:
    • Strong 3+ year work expertise in ES6, NodeJS, ReactJS Framework
    • Experience with Javascript both client and server-side are required
    • REST APIs, Custom Web services development and integration is required
    • Working experience with Kraken or similar framework is preferred
    • Work experience with creating UI supporting browser and device agnostics including Responsive UI
    • UI/UX, HTML5/CSS3, Bootstrap, ES6 Knowledge
    • Good understanding to SQL/NoSQL database(s)
    • Experience in GITHUB is relevant
    • Mobile Development Experience is a plus
    • Developing high scale application using AWS managed services/data stores is highly desirable. .
    • BS degree in computer science or related fields. MS degree desired. .
