Job Description

ICF s corporate marketing group is seeking an experienced Full Stack Software Developer to help build our in-house web team and support ICF.com.They must have a strong desire to learn new skills, collaborate with a team to maintain project deadlines, and have a passion for marketing. They must be self-motivated, have excellent time management, and have the ability to work independently.Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with web team lead, content management, SEO, design, and external developer and UX partners to deliver impactful marketing experiences and new functionality for ICF.com
  • Provide support in developing the site concept, interface design, and architecture of the website
  • Collaborate with the business lines as well as others across IT, and will utilize your strong communications skills to do this successfully
  • Produce well designed, testable, efficient code by using best software development practices
  • Design user interactions on web pages by using standard front end practices
  • Utilize data from various back-end services and databases
  • Solve complex technical challenges
  • Manage projects from conception to finished product
  • Collect and review specifications and requirements based on technical needs
  • Perform coding, debugging and unit testing tasks in support of assigned projects
  • Provide ongoing maintenance and support for ICF.com
  • Help define, create, test, and execute operations procedures
  • Help document current and future configuration processes and policies
  • Apply current programming standards and methodologies to all relevant projects and activities
  • Remain current on web development technologies, assess new standards, technologies, and trends, and formulate and recommend strategies and tactics for future platform enhancements
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in web software development and applicable certifications
  • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Management Sciences, Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related discipline is preferred
  • Excellent knowledge of modern HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Experience with network diagnostics, network analytics tools
  • Able to provide expert technical advice guidance, and recommendations to management and other technical specialists on critical IT issues
  • Strong organizational skills with a good ability to prioritize tasks
  • Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn rapidly, and master diverse web technologies and techniques
  • Excellent customer service and strong ability to collaborate
  • Ensure projects are implemented effectively, on time, and meet reasonable accessibility guidelines
  • Must be able to self-learn and work effectively with a high level of autonomy and minimal direct oversight
Additional qualifications:
  • Expertise in Sitecore
  • Experience with Marketo, GTM, Webflow
  • Experience working with Solar, SearchStax, OneTrust
  • Experience with design tools (Adobe Suite, Sketch, Figma)
  • Continuous integration/continuous delivery
  • UX/UI best practices
