Job Description

OFSAA Senior Technical ConsultantJob purposeThe incumbent should be able to drive OIDF (Oracle Insurance Data Foundation) , IIA (Ifrs Insurance Analyser) (Mandatory to have) projects with prior Technical experience in ODI ( Oracle Data Integrator) . Additional knowledge of OFSAA Infrastructure & PL-SQL related developments will be an advantage.Your client responsibilities

  • Good communications & presentation skills for client interaction. Experience working with clients throughout various parts of implementation lifecycle
  • Support client needs by delivering OIDF, IIA & OFSAA Infrastructure related requirements (Mandatory)
  • Support client needs by delivering Oracle Data Integrator Related Developments.
  • Maintenance of OFSAA setup and configuration of user security management (optional)
  • Merge, Customize and Deploy OFSAA data model as per client business requirements (good to have)
  • Prior experience to work with technical teams to deliver IFRS17 Functional requirement.
Your people responsibilities
  • Guide and help other OFSAA and Non OFSAA teammates to get the expected delivery in time.
  • 6-8 years of relevant experience in OFSAA implementation/Technical advisory.
  • Should be well conversant with OIDF/IIA & OFSAAI products/technologies, frameworks, business metadata management and relevant architectural components.
  • Should be versed with functional concepts of IFRS17
  • Stong command over ODI and ETL concepts.
  • Strong command over SQL-PL/SQL and ability to design transformations
  • Strong command over OFSAA staging and reporting data model
  • Additional Strong Understanding of OFSAA ALM, OFSAAI and OFS FTP and OFS LRM, LLFP is good to have.
Additional skills requirements
  • Deliver large/medium OFSAA programmes, demonstrate expert core consulting skills and advanced level of OFSAA knowledge and industry expertise to support delivery to clients
  • Perform an appropriate role in business development in terms of presales and practice development. for example, presales, internal engagement and / or knowledge management
  • Demonstrate man management and an ability to conduct and lead consultancy assignments
  • Strong understanding of data lineage. Proficient in building and extending load utility tools such as OFSAA Excel File Upload, File to Table (F2T) and Table to Table (T2T), Unified Metadata Manager, SCD, AMHM, etc
  • Maintaining end-to-end accountability and expectations for customer satisfaction and overall delivery excellence
  • Prioritize deliveries in conjunction with implementation team
  • Adopt a proactive, logical and organized approach to problem resolution
  • Ability to clearly articulate both problems and proposed solutions
  • Willingness to learn and quick to adapt to changing requirements
