Functional leader of medium to large projects for PLM and QM business capability. Accountabilities across multiple functional and technical areas with wide range of complexity.Proactive analysis of business processes and identification of innovative ways to address near term business needs which includes identifying these opportunities, reviewing and obtaining a disposition decision from the appropriate business client, assessing the fit of these opportunities into current initiatives, or including the opportunity in future demand.Map the Customer Journey and partner with the business in the co-creation of solutions that add value to K-C.Drives the evaluation of the factors which must be addressed in the change program.Influences policy formation; contributes to User Groups; significant contribution to strategic direction.Leads Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives; consults and shares knowledge across org; full awareness of industry and technology trends that can bring K-C a competitive advantage.REQUIREMENTS:Education required:Bachelors degreeExperience:7+ years of professional experience with minimum 5+ years of solid, proven and continuous experience in SAP PLM and QM as Senior Functional ConsultantExperience in SAP Recipe Development/Management, SAP Material Master, SAP Quality Management requiredExperience in Workflows, Idocs, APIs and knowledge in SAP PI requiredExperience in SAP Fiori, WWI (Windows Wordprocessor Integration), SAP S/4 HANA preferredExperience in SAP EHS, REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorization, and Restriction of Chemicals) preferredKnowledge of Digital Technologies (Robotic Process Automation, Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning, etc) preferredExperience managing IT projects/or programs preferredSkills/Competencies:Has a leader mindset, which can enable an optimal TCO for solutions delivered by Engineering & Applications.Experience with deploying and driving execution via performance measurement, benchmarking, and related visual management.Experience working with blended teams consisting of employees, vendors, and consultants with both onshore and offshore resourcesHeld prior accountabilities that required influencing leaders outside of administrative authority.Extensive experience collaborating with business stakeholders and IT to identify, design, and implement highly complex, end-to-end solutionsCultivates networking opportunities within the organizationBroad range of business and IT experiences; Has achieved technical and/or business certification(s) is a plus.Verbal and written fluency in English is mandatoryAbility to work in a virtual team which may work across distance (remote), cultures and time zones, in a matrix with multiple reporting lines.,
