Job Description

General Manager - HRMPosition Name: General Manager - HRMMandatory/Required Skills & LocationLocation:Mandatory/Required Skills:PURPOSE OF THE ROLETo enable business with acquiring right talent, at the right time, at the right cost which will help the organization to meet their business growth goals and revenue targets. Also to align with future growth of the organization, ensure cultural alignment, cost of new hires in aligned to pyramid cost targetsKEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Plan and drive diversity hiring targets set by the organization
  • Drive better cultural alignment to curtail infant mortality
  • Define & Implement effective campus hiring strategy and build
  • employer brand
  • Cost of hire: Design appropriate sourcing mix
  • Cost per hire: Adherance to PPC and hiring grid guidelines
  • Maintaining, implementing, revising hiring policies and procedures to ogranization
  • Implementation of hiring tools for automation, assessmement, candidate management, recruiment workflow etc.
  • Developing, mentoring & retaining the talent in the funciton
  • Building and structuring a recruitment function that is effective for functional needs
  • Building Managers and leaders in the function
EDUCATION QUALIFICATION
  1. Degree: Any masters degree and above
  2. Certifications (if any): NA
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
  1. Overall (in years): 15 yrs
  2. Relevant (in years): 6 years
DOMAIN/ FUNCTIONAL SKILLS
  • Experience in recruiting large volume
  • Knowledge of talent avilability in market
