Job Description

    WERE HIRING | General Manager Real Estate & High-Rise Projects
    • Location: Bangalore
    • Experience: 18-20 Years
    • Salary: Up to 15 LPA
    We are looking for an experienced General Manager Real Estate & High-Rise Projects to lead large-scale residential, commercial, and industrial construction projects from planning to execution.Mandatory Requirements
    • Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering
    • 1820 years of experience in Real Estate Development / High-Rise Residential & Commercial Construction
    • Proven experience managing end-to-end execution of large-scale construction projects
    • Strong leadership in project execution, budgeting, cost control, quality assurance, and stakeholder management
    Key Responsibilities:
    • Lead end-to-end execution of high-rise residential, commercial, and industrial projects
    • Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
    • Manage engineering, procurement, QA/QC, and site execution teams
    • Ensure quality, safety, statutory compliance, and timely project delivery
    • Drive cost optimization and project profitability
    • Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and senior leadership
    Preferred Qualifications:
    • Masters Degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or MBA (Preferred)
    • Experience with reputed real estate developers or infrastructure companies
    • Knowledge of RERA, BOQs, ERP systems, MS Project, AutoCAD, Primavera, or PMP certification is an advantage
