  • Role Description :Define the security architecture, ensuring that it meets the business requirements and performance goals.

  • Job Requirements :
      • Key Responsibilities : Provide day to day operational support for the Infrastructure Security Management Service Quickly respond, troubleshoot and implement resolutions for client issues Should be able to meet the defined SLAs for service delivery signed by the clients
      • Technical Experience : Implements security solutions infrastructure and/or application including the design, configuration, development, testing and deployment of security-related technologies such as Firewalls, IDS/IPS, Content filters Proxy solution Hands on experience on Firewalls ie Cisco ASA and Checkpoint must have Hands on experience on Proxy services Squid Bluecoat must have Good analytical and problem-solving skills Good communication and collaboration skills Vendor management to support Infrastruct
      • Professional Attributes : Security Analyst role primary responsibility is to provide Infrastructure support for security operations services This role will be responsible for working with end users, vendors, security leads as well as the other support teams to ensure successful delivery of security operations
      • Educational Qualification : Bachelor or college degree in related field or equivalent work experience
    • Additional Information : Certifications such as CCNA Security, CCNP-Security, CCSA, CCSE are desirable, ITIL etc Good to have
