Job Description

WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:

In this position , you will get to:

  • Periodically review and return submissions as per GST Act;
  • Review and Calculation of RCM as per GST Act;
  • Provide analytical support;
  • Report to direct supervisor of any deviations from agreed standards;
  • Monthly reconciliations of GST GL accounts with electronic ledger of department;
  • TDS deductions review , GL reconciliations , monthly payments and quarterly return submission;
  • Issuance of Form 16 , and follow up with customers for the same
  • Customs duty reconciliation and timely closure of advances , track deposits and refunds ,
  • Coordinate on all requirements of SVB order and assessments;
  • Coordinate with Bank for Guarantees and Export documentation (Customer related);
  • Handle correspondence and queries;
  • Ensure completeness and accuracy of data;
  • Work according to strict deadlines and procedures;
  • Support monthly reporting , Periodical audits and adhoc activities of department;

YOU HAVE:

  • Academic background:
    • Bachelor degree in Accounting , CA (Inter)
  • Previous experience in or with:
    • 1-2 years experience in GST reconciliations and filing returns , GL Accounting and reporting
  • Skills
