Brief : This Business Analyst role will manage activities related to implementing the new payments infrastructure for GBM. Participating in the Finastra GPP implementation as well as the Agile development and testing for internal applications being developed (Nostro funding, Book Transfer initiation, etc.). The incumbent will be responsible for working with Payment Operations teams globally as well as end users in the delivery teams to ensure the solutions meet documented business requirements.Key Responsibilities: Ensure payment product configuration meets local banking regulations and market requirements, working closely with the Regulatory Compliance workstream Coordinate with Implementation Workstream and Payment Operations to develop new procedure documentation Leverage depth of knowledge developed through this program to support continuous improvement in State Street s payment operations organization Individual Contributor Display a culture of individual ownership of tasks to embed a clear individual sense of accountability in performing the role Ensure that the highest level of the Code of Conduct is displayed in your behaviour Provide appropriate management information as required to support business unit decision making Support the Risk Excellence culture within the business Adhere to limits of delegation and escalation procedures required by your manager so that you comply with internal policies and external regulations Skills: 8+ years of overall experience in financial services/ capital markets Minimum masters qualification in a relevant area Techno- Functional Role, Experience in UAT Testing for Cash Operations, Nosto & Vostro Accounts, Investigations and SWIFT Payments Shift Timing: EMEA,
