Job description: The S&C Strategic V&A Initiatives Associate Manager (V&A Associate Manager) works collaboratively with the Global Business Lead (Global Lead) to help drive the group s V&A agenda. The V&A Associate Manager liaises with Corporate Functions like CDTS and G&S globally and across all key markets to ensure the V&A agenda is being executed, tracked and that issues and risks are addressed proactively. Strategic & Business Enablement: Provide support to the Global Business Lead, Business Operations team members across Markets. Act as key support the Global Lead in the execution of the overall vision & strategy for the S&C V&A agenda, including partnering other Corporate functions. Support excellence in the project management across the group s portfolio. Assist with critical assessment and screening activities to support high-quality target identification and progress through the V&A stage-gates. Support preparation of materials for internal reviews (e.g., business reviews, leadership team calls, ecosystem partner engagement, investment planning). Manage and report on investments. Connect and build relationships with Marketing and Comms globally and in market to establish/ coordinate appropriate internal and external communication activities.,
