    Key Responsibilities
    • Handle inbound and outbound calls from US-based customers
    • Deliver high-quality customer service with professionalism and empathy
    • Resolve customer queries efficiently within set timelines
    • Provide accurate information about products and services
    • Document customer interactions accurately in internal systems
    • Achieve performance targets related to call quality, first call resolution (FCR), and CSAT
    • Collaborate with internal teams for smooth issue resolution
    Job Requirements
    • 4 to 8 years of experience in International Voice, BPO, or Customer Service
    • Strong verbal communication skills in English (mandatory)
    • Willingness to work night shifts aligned with US time zones
    • Excellent customer-handling and interpersonal skills
    • Basic computer skills with good typing speed
    • Positive attitude, adaptability, and eagerness to learn and grow
