Job Description

Industrial Automation (IA) is in the market globally.This is a Global Graphic Designer & Webmaster role, reporting to the Global Communication Manager in Business Area - India Operations Centre, Industrial Automation (INOPC IA) located in Bangalore. You will be working You be supporting web, intranet, social media, marketing automation and other digital platforms (ABB Library, News bank, Brand portal etc.) including content management and for the IA entities and help them achieve a best-in-class digital presence and user experience.Your responsibilities

  • Owning and driving the visual identity and design requirements including user-interphase, rich and multimedia (images, GIFs, etc.) whilst supporting web mastering activities for Sitefinity and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
  • Supporting digital campaigns working with both via specific projects and harmonizing digital communications tools with the overall objectives.
  • Creating and maintaining pages based on raw content provided by internal customers and development of Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Search Engine Management (SEM) and marketing automation strategy in coordination with group or regions or other divisions.
  • Involving in content management of various backend systems like contact database used for the web, document library for product documentation, product data management system for detailed product attribute data, digital asset management system for images and video, etc.
  • Ensuring compliance with ABB web and branding guidelines and best practices, quality reviews of website content and structure, providing feedback to content owners how they can improve their site.

Your background
  • Bachelor s degree in graphic and visual design from a reputed institution.
  • Required minimum 3-5 years of experience in digital and graphic designing.
  • Required 4+ years of experience in using Adobe s creative suite focusing on Photoshop, Illustrator and PremierePro.
  • Required experience in web editing skills and exposure in Content Management Systems (CMS) -Sitefinity being a must.
  • Required experience in a web and social media focused environments, hands-on experience in AEM.
  • Ability to envision, design and deploy digital, rich and multimedia formats (images, GIFs, infographics, video, etc.).
  • Required experience in web authoring, intranet management, both front- and back-end.
  • Understanding of end-to-end User Interphase (UI) and User Experience (UX) execution and management.
  • Hands-on experience with data-driven and insight-augmented analytics including and not limited to Google Analytics, Brower BI and Social Media.
  • Good to have marketing experience that s focused on web usability, analytics, technical understanding of digital-first communication.
