The AVP will be responsible for oversight and governance of all global processes delivered from Shared Service locations for the designated APAC Material Legal Entities and the Global Markets BU. The role includesreview analysis of entity level financial statements, oversight on material balances and sharing of monthly reports and with the BU Controllerspoint of contact between GAO organization and rest of finance teams In addition to Business As Usual (BAU) responsibilities as described above, this role will identify opportunities for process improvements, standardization automation efforts, and work with the GPO leads, Tower leads JV to implement the same. Responsibilities Tasks Include: BU/ MLE GAO Single Point of Contact Liaison between GAO and BU/ MLE Controllers, Reg. Reporting, FPAWork with BU Controller to ensure appropriate controls are in placePrioritize initiatives with BU Controller and across GAO to ensure alignment of areas of focusCoordinate, communicate, manage and explain transactional outputs produced by production teamsEscalation point within GAO for issues affecting BU/ MLE BU/ MLE GAO Subject Matter Expert GAO SME in business and entity specific mattersPerform analysis of Legal Entity / BU level financial statements and provide commentary on variancesReviews monthly Controllers Package before delivery to BU/ LE ControllerInterpret business requirements to processes, work with GPOs on impact and ensure changes are communicatedWork on process improvements together with GPOs and ensure local executionCollate information for auditors BU/ MLE GAO Oversight Monitor SLA execution, KPI, KRI, error logs on behalf of BU/ EntityOversee monitor processes ensuring they are compliant with local requirementsWork with Risk Outsourcing Governance offices to monitor and control the risk of outsourced functionsShare best practices to implement a strong and robust control environment,
