This position will lead multiple components of our transition to a mature sales organization, and the strategies, resources, processes and systems that support its growth.This role requires a thorough knowledge of sales and opportunity management processes, and experience supporting those processes with a variety of systems and tools. Analytical rigor and strategic thinking are essential, as is the ability to present data-driven narratives to leadership.Responsibilities:- Develop and lead strategy for global reporting and analytics through the development of common BI tools to serve all regions and service lines- Drive reporting cadence across regions and service lines through collaboration with key stakeholders within SSCM and Business Operations to reduce complexity and increase efficiency- Partner with regions and markets to step change data quality and adoption - Deliver insights to the business through data science to drive growth and mitigate risk- Enable and partner with local sales operations teams to support their ability to improve Salesforce Productivity - Work cross-functionally to facilitate key SSCM initiatives within the companyQualifications:- MBA or equivalent preferred; focus in business, finance, entrepreneurship, or related fields - Strong organization and problem-solving skills- Excellent communication and presentation skills- Proven leadership skills with a track record of successfully influencing others, including non-direct reports; ability to lead through others- Self-motivated with the drive and ability to work independently, as well as within a team- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills- Exceptional quantitative skills, with deep understanding of Microsoft Excel + data visualization tools- Ability to manage many facets of ongoing, strategic initiatives to tackle business challenges, in the context of a rapidly transforming company - Desire to work in a fast-paced, highly demanding results-driven environment- Knowledge of sales process and sales enablement best practices, and industry technology providers (e.g., CRM, analytics services),
