Job Description

    * Finance Business Partner EIT International op s and Global Delivery (GD) Perimeter size
    • 2021 budget: ~100 m Opex

    What do you get to do in this position
    • Work with the Regional International op s CIO and SVP Global Delivery (GD) to build and refine the strategic plan to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
    • Provide recommendations on process/ procedures/ systems and data management that can be leveraged across the EIT Finance Organization
    • Monthly follow up and analysis actual data versus Forecast
    • Provide business case support and challenge for Digital investments, ensuring coherence with global/ regional strategy
    • Supervise and support the Financial controller of your zone
    • Escalate risks and opportunities to the EIT Finance Director
    • Work alongside with the FP&A EIT GD and International op s leader to produce value added insights on the P&L performance of the scope and support generation of corrective action plans
    , * This job might be for you if:
    • 10+ years of relevant experience in finance and business, ideally in a matrixed multinational environment
    • Bachelor s Degree in Business or Finance
    • Critical thinking & analytical skills and the ability to make informed & data driven decisions
    • Driven, passionate about growth and always ready to challenge the status quo to best interest of the business
    • Ability to navigate and understand a multicultural business environment
    • Exposure to project, software, and service business models is a plus
    • Excellent communication, influencing, and interpersonal skills
