Job Description

As a GRC Program Client Support Associate, you will assist with the administration of many aspects of the new RSA Archer system that is being deployed globally at State Street, such as managing user access, troubleshooting system workflow issues, and assisting with training and user support. You will help ensure that the new GRC system helps enable Risk Excellence across State Streets global footprint of business units and control functions.Developing and maintaining effective relationships with members of the Archer implementation team, and the global user base for Archer across the First, Second and Third Lines of DefenseMaintaining and executing standard operating procedures and ensuring internal controls and procedures are adhered to in the operation and maintenance of the Archer platformProviding technical support to user communityMaintain system user groups and access entitlements.Supporting reporting functionality for the user base and project team (running and managing various system reports, conducting project status reporting, etc.)Other ad-hoc tasks/projects as assignedRequired QualificationsBachelor s Degree, preferably in a quantitative field1-2 years experienceExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong research, analytic, organizational skills and attention to detailStrong working knowledge of MS Office applications including mastery of intermediate Excel functions (e.g. VLOOKUP and pivot tables)Experience with database technologies or GRC platforms is a plusComfortable working under pressure and with hard deadlines,
