Job Description

As a Data Analyst for US Projects at Arcadis, you will play a crucial role in leveraging your skills to solve complex business problems using Microsoft suite technologies such as Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate. Your responsibilities will include manipulating, transforming, and analyzing large and complex datasets, building mathematical models in Python or R, and proficiently working with RDBMS - SQL. You will also be involved in planning, gathering, analyzing, and documenting user and business information, as well as collecting and organizing data for analytical reporting.Key Responsibilities:- Proficient in using Microsoft suite of technologies like Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate- Manipulate, transform, and analyze large and complex datasets- Build mathematical models in Python or R- Proficient in RDBMS - SQL- Plan, gather, analyze, and document user and business information- Collect and organize data for analytical reportingQualifications & Experience:- Bachelors/Masters in Math, Statistics, Comp Science, Engineering, or another technical field- 0 - 2 years of experience- Possess strong quantitative and qualitative research and analytical skills- Ability to communicate analysis with clarity and precision- Ability to adapt quickly to handling multiple tasks- Hands-on experience in developing dashboards using BI tools- Proficiency in analyzing data using R and/or Python- Good understanding of statistical analysis and hypothesis testing- Experience in basic statistical methodologyArcadis values the empowerment of every individual to be their best and believes in the contribution of each person.
