Job Description

Genesis BCW is looking for a Designer for their Bengaluru location. As as Designer at BCW, you are expected to set a new bar for design (including websites, apps, layouts, graphics, and storyboard, etc.), collaborate and oversee projects through their entire process from conception to execution, translating marketing and branding strategies into innovative and impressive campaigns that stimulate target audiences. You are also expected to have strong conceptual skills and a deep understanding of digital and social media,

CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

Client Service:

  • Study design briefs and determine requirements
  • Collaborate closely with the copywriter and the rest of the creative team, and also account team to ensure deadlines are met
  • Conceptualize execute visuals based on campaign requirements
  • Work with copywriter, and the rest of the creative team to produce final designs
  • Amend designs after client or servicing feedback
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and design tools
  • Be a team player to support the creative team to deliver high quality work
  • Create an inclusive and welcoming environment that engage all individuals without bias and demonstrate flexibility in a changing work environment
  • Embody the values of the company

Requirements
