Job Description

    Salary Budget - 500000 per annumWork from homeCompany Based in BangaloreJobResponsibilities
    • Own ideation, conceptualization, and execution of Key Visuals and Promotion Campaigns to help drive marketing objectives by leveraging the content to shape the narrative for all the clients in a visually compelling and provocative manner.
    • Strong sense of photographic and illustrated poster design and possess ideation skills that stretch across various communication media
    • Good sense of typography and layout aesthetics
    • Lead the discussions with the Marketing and develop compelling Visual Communications with understanding of all agencys brands
    • Understand business priorities, the targeted consumer set and their demands
    • Work with internal and external teams to deliver Key Visuals within timelines
    • Lead and assess the workflow of the team and provide constant feedback Keep up to date with the developments in the digital space/ design to gain early insights
    • Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency of designs across various media outlets
    • Work with senior designers and creative director to produce final design.
    Technical skills/Soft skills
    • A proven track record of conceptual creative ability and judgment
    • Well versed with InDesign, CorelDraw, and Illustrator & Adobe Photoshop. Understanding of visual elements (layout, type and fonts).
    • A portfolio of previous digital design work to showcase experience and creativity.
    • Ability to clearly present design ideas and concepts for campaigns and projects.
    • A team player with exceptional organizational and technical skills.
    • The availability and commitment to work extra hours as needed to ensure client satisfaction.
    Qualifications
    • Bachelors degree in digital design, graphic design, or a related field.
    • Diploma/Certification in Graphic & Creative design.
    • 2+ years of work experience with a brand, digital/social/advertising/creative/media agency
