Job Description

    Job Description - Graphic Designer (Static)Key Responsibilities1.Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements, objectives, and target audience.2.Conceptualize and design static visual assets, including but not limited to brochures, flyers, banners, posters, social media graphics, and other marketing materials.3.Ensure that all designs align with the companys brand guidelines and convey a consistent visual identity.4.Generate creative ideas and innovative design solutions to effectively communicate property features, benefits, and unique selling points.5.Use typography, colour theory, layout, and imagery to create compelling and engaging designs.6.Adapt designs for various platforms and formats, optimizing them for both print and digital distribution.7.Keep up-to-date with design trends, techniques, and industry best practices, integrating new ideas into your work.8.Review and incorporate feedback from team members and stakeholders to refine designs and achieve the desired outcome. 9.Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining the quality of work.10.Collaborate with external printing partners to ensure accurate production of printed materials.Qualifications and SkillsBachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of static design projects. Preferably worked on Real Estate projects.Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).Solid understanding of design principles, composition, and typography.Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.Strong communication and teamwork skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. Preferably worked on Real Estate projects.Ability to take initiative, think creatively, and problem-solve.Basic knowledge of printing processes and requirements for various materials.Knowledge of real estate industry trends and terminology is a plus.
