Job Description

We re looking for a detail-oriented designer who has well-developed, proven creative skills and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic marketing environment. The Graphic Designer will represent CSG s brand through visual communications and finds ways to develop and deliver the company voice and story visually. The Graphic Designer will work closely with project teams and stakeholders to identify and translate objectives into print and digital assets and visual communication materials that serve both internal and external audiences. Digital assets include website content, emails, e-newsletters, icons, infographics, interactive graphics, presentations, posters, digital signage and more. This role will also apply communications campaign elements across various multi-media platforms. The graphic designer also measures and researches the effectiveness of visual communications pieces and emerging technologies and brings key learnings back to the team.Essential Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and create multi-platform design concepts to enhance the CSG brand and support internal and external marketing and communications efforts.
    • Design and develop digital assets for both internal and external use that are created with the end user s experience in mind.
    • Deliver innovative and quality designs that are consistent with the CSG brand and desired aesthetics.
    • Develop/source graphics/visual elements for internal communications campaigns, including layout of internal email campaigns and communications pieces.
    • Design original content, including website content, infographics, datasheets, videos, animation, digital banners/signage, advertising, printed signage and other communications materials, and on a limited basis shoots video/photography of executive thought leadership and/or events, as needed.
    • Make client-driven design changes on projects, ensuring that the editorial and design edits of others have been made properly
    • Ensure brand standards are being met on a continuous basis
  • Gather, interpret and visually deliver communications performance data using a variety of marketing tools and technologies
    • Partner with content developers to support the maintenance of internal and external websites; design/edit web/SharePoint pages and/or coordinate changes with internal and external resources, including design refresh.
  • Collaborate/coordinate with internal, cross-functional teams and outside vendors to ensure timely delivery of high-quality internal and external visual communications materials
  • Share best practices, insights, and research to help deliver on our vision of providing each audience with the right message at the right time
Experience Required
  • 5+ years experience in graphic design or related field
  • Proven competence and ability in web asset design, print design, typography, and reports presentations.
  • Ability to interpret general ideas and high-level descriptions, overlay with branding guidelines, and generate creative concepts for review.
  • Experience working with marketers, designers, writers, videographers, photographers and developers
  • Thorough understanding of design and branding principles with intermediate to advanced experience in industry-standard graphics applications including the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat).
  • Experience in photography and video production highly desired.
  • Can create functional user interfaces and experiences through visual, digital and audible aspects.
  • Ability to convey thoughts, ideas, recommendations, and technical information in a clear/concise manner.
  • Strong project management and communications skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
