We have an urgent requirement for Group Design Manager to join our team.Below are the desired skills required for this role :1) 5+ years experience managing product designers and multifunctional design team2) 12+ years experience designing large-scale consumer or business software3) Working knowledge of Figma, Sketch, Photoshop or Illustrator (or equivalent programs)4) Deep knowledge of UX design, service design and research terminology, methodology and process5) Basic knowledge of agile product methodologiesNice to have :- Fintech experience, Small business experience or Enterprise experience- An online portfolio with relevant examplesRoles and Responsibilities :1) Coach, provide guidance and feedback to employees around career growth2) Be accountable to the business and oversee the strategic and tactical deliverables related to the design team3) Coordinate and plan with other functions4) Talent stewardship and hiring great talent5) Develop frameworks, principles and contribute to systems across company6) Communicate and translate ideas effectively across various people, places and functions7) Be a trusted steward of - integrity without compromise- on behalf of the organization, and the design community,
