Role Overview Group Leader will have a knowledge of accounting processes and will be leading a team of 8- 10 people. Group Leader will have ability to work independently and guide team members on process, client policy and procedures.What Youll Be Doing Responsible for delivery of services as per agreed turnaround times. Work independently with little supervision from Manager and act as back up in absence of Manager. Maintain controls and procedures of audit and banking maintenance processes within the scope of the role. Having expertise in process knowledge and will be contact point for any process questions. Should be able to handle complex process issues. Establish strong internal control and evaluate controls regularly, make required changes as per the requirement. Plan, direct, and co- ordinate the work flows, processes, and policies necessary in order to ensure objectives, deadlines and work responsibilities are met. Manages both internal and external resources in order to meet the needs of the customer and client Provide regular & ad hoc reports and analyses relating to the process/ region handled As required, participates in, and, as appropriate, leads the training and development of team Ability to multi- task and complete projects with limited supervision Mentor and provide guidance to peers, and other team members. Provide timely and adequate feedback to team members about their performance and discuss with Supervisor for performance development of team members. Maintain controls and procedures of audit and banking maintenance processes within the scope of the role. Support Manager with special projects including on process improvements. What You Bring to BGRS Graduate education or equivalent combination of training and years of experience.
